Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek

A nice location for a short or long stay, whether here for one night before an early flight, like me, or on business. Easy access to a great outdoor mall with plenty of options and conveniently close to the airport! The lobby is attractive, a warm welcome from staff and simple check in. Upon departure, friendly and fun staff to help with check out. The van driver, Jesse, offered exceptional service. He took time to confirm that those signed up were able to get on the van. He double checked when someone wasn't in the lobby on time. Very personable, he obviously enjoys what he does!

I stayed at the Aloft Brier Creek over the holidays for a business trip, and it once again exceeded my expectations. Whenever I have business in the Raleigh-Durham area, I always try to stay at this hotel because the experience is consistently great. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly — every time I left or returned, I was greeted and wished a great day, with thoughtful small talk that made the stay feel personal. I want to give a special shoutout to Ransford, the manager, Beryl at the morning front desk, and Ovi the shuttle driver, who were all outstanding. I also really appreciated the shuttle service offering rides within a five-mile radius, which made it so easy to grab food or groceries without stress. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but every staff member I interacted with was phenomenal. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I loved always having water stocked in my fridge, this hotel truly makes work travel feel easy and welcoming.

After working a long shift my crew and myself only wanted food and our beds. We got to the airport and everything was closed. When we got to the hotel the bar just shut down however Tonya quickly said she will make us dinner! Riley and Tonya are a true asset to your company being a flight attendant great Customer service is so appreciated. Thank you ladies keep up the good work. S/o to the van driver as well

I’m currently staying at the Aloft Brier Creek, and I have to highlight the exceptional service from Ciarra and Tonya. We arrived around midnight after a long day, and they were so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Check-in was quick, and they even offered us a thoughtful welcome gift. My coworker and I were originally placed on the same floor, but when we got up there, the hallway had a strong cannabis smell. Ciarra was incredibly understanding and immediately moved us to new rooms on a different floor. She even offered us snacks for the inconvenience, which was so kind. This is exactly why I love coming back to the Aloft Brier Creek — the staff always goes above and beyond, and you can truly feel the hospitality from the moment you arrive. Thank you again to Ciarra and Tonya for making our stay so pleasant!

I came to the Aloft with my husband for our anniversary celebration. The lobby was very attractive and all the staff who greeted us were kind and enthusiastic. We initially couldn't get into our room because the battery in the lock wouldn't work. Very quickly, DC came to our rescue and got us into our room and changed the battery while we quickly got ready for our event. He was kind and quick and got out of the room after verifying we would have no more trouble for the duration of our trip. After our event (at DPAC, 15 ish minutes away), we returned to the bar and Tonya made us the *yummiest* drinks and made sure we loved them before she let us leave the bar to sit in the comfy couch area. All staff we interacted with were nice and welcoming and the decor was gorgeous. Will definitely come back.

Our company had a Christmas party and the out of towners all stayed here! Can I just praise how wonderful the staff was?? They were amazing and so friendly! They have a shuttle service that will drive you within a 5 mile radius and yes this includes the airport nearby. They were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need. Breakfast is not included but they have a kitchen that can cook or some snacks in the lobby. We all had a great time!

Today, my friend and I, chose to attend Aloft ant Brier Creek. Once we sat down, we realized how loved and appreciated our Bartender was. Justin, immediately said, “Hello, my name is Justin. I am your Bartender. I will be with you in a moment.” From then on, he was absolutely amazing. His service was top notch! We were unable to realize he was running both the bar and the kitchen at the same time. No matter what, our drinks never were low. Justin consistently checked in to make sure we were safe and felt served regularly. We truly enjoyed our evening.

This Aloft hotel is fantastic. The lobby is clean, stocked with snacks, the staff is attentive, and the rooms are clean. Elise, the hotel’s operation manager, is fantastic and incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone staying in the RDU area. Thanks, Elise!
